A. Yes, all of our assisted living units in Southern Ontario include appliances like a stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. All appliances are placed at wheelchair height for accessibility and feature
braille integrated control labels.
Q. Does each home have parking included?
A. Most of our units have dedicated parking available for our tenants.
Q. Can more than one renter lease a home?
A. Yes, we welcome co-living. Sharing a unit can be a great way to reduce costs for our
renters, while also combatting social isolation. For example, two renters may share a
two-bedroom apartment with private bedrooms and washrooms, plus joint access to

A. Absolutely – we’re proud to provide senior living home rentals in Southern Ontario that are great for the whole family.
Q. I’m a personal service worker, can I lease multiple homes?
A. Yes. Penguin Living is passionate about helping personal service workers build successful businesses in our assisted living homes in Southern Ontario
Q. Are there additional fees associated with my lease?
A. Rent does not include heat & Hydro. We do have tailored care plans available for an additonal montly cost. contact us for more information.
Q. What changes can I make to my unit?
A. We believe your home should feel like your own and adapt to your changing needs. Our
renters can customize and invest in their home much more than they would be able to
in a retirement home setting. Outdoor spaces can be crafted to suit personal
preferences, too. Units are designed to combine bueaty and be adaptive to your needs, weve added millwork, saftey measure, and optional medical equipment such as hoyer lifts.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why all of our beautiful units arde
pet friendly.
